TOUCHDOWN = 6 points EXTRA POINT = 1 point FIELD GOAL = 3 points 2 POINT CONVERSION = 2 points SAFETY = 2 points
Crossing the end zone with the ball and kicking through the goal posts are the ONLY 2 means to score points:
1.) Crossing the goal line with the ball or catching the ball in the End Zone for a touchdown or a 2 point conversion.
2.) Kicking the ball inside the goal post for an extra point or field goal.
3.) A safety results from being tackled in your own End Zone.
​​TOUCHDOWN (6 points) - When you cross over with the ball the opposing teams End Zone by running or passing.
​EXTRA POINT (1 point) - Immediately after a TOUCHDOWN, the ball can be kicked through the inside of the goal post from the yard line.
FIELD GOAL (3 points) - If you can't score a TOUCHDOWN, you can attempt to kick the ball through the goal post from the spot of the ball.
2 POINT CONVERSION (2 points) - One of the options immediately after a touchdown. You can choose this over an extra point in the event an extra point helps you. From the 2 yard line if you cross over the End Zone with the ball by either running or passing.

SAFETY (2 points) - When you are tackled in your own end zone, the opposing team scores 2 points.
